Letting Go

I see a place where freedom lives

Where care and keeping the spirit realm gives.

Whether grazing in fields, or on the winds of a run,

Rolling in mud or lying in sun,

His life is renewed and his soul has moved on,

Burden and pain are forever gone.

Mighty trooper, dear teacher, and holder of space,

Enjoy your new journey in that sacred place.

A dear friend of mind and her husband just had to let go of their wise 25 year old gelding, due to complications from colic. He was instrumental in her EFL practice and was a strong arm for those who needed it.
